On January 10, 2024, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the new Itasca Office at 300 Park Boulevard, Itasca, Illinois, a joint space between NAGASE Specialty Materials and Prinova, a NAGASE Group company specializing in high-quality ingredients, flavors, nutrient premixes, and value-added solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industries.

 ITASCA, Ill., March 15, 2023 – Daniel Roske is a lifelong West Coaster. He grew up in Ventura, Calif., during a time when surfing and skateboarding were the preferred modes of transportation for the younger generation.

“The long hair may be gone, but I still hold onto my Walden longboard (surfboard) and Lance Mountain skateboard,” said Roske, who was recently appointed West Coast Account Manager for Nagase Specialty Materials NA LLC (NSM), a hybrid distributor and manufacturer of specialty chemical products. “The manufacturers of both boards use sustainable chemistry in their products. NSM has a similar tradition of manufacturing and distributing quality, sustainable products.”

New York, NY – Nagase America LLC, a global leader in material sciences and ingredients, has announced plans to formally integrate with Nagase Specialty Materials NA LLC effective April 1, 2024. The integration will strengthen business operations, increase responsiveness, and heighten service to customers and suppliers.

Today, NAGASE Specialty Materials NA LLC (NSM) has changed office locations to 300 Park Blvd Suite 500 Itasca, IL 60143.

While remaining in Hamilton Lakes in Itasca, Illinois, NSM will now be co-located with Prinova Group LLC, a NAGASE Group company specializing in high-quality ingredients, flavors, nutrient premixes, and value-added solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industries.

NAGASE Specialty Materials Completes North American Footprint with Organic Expansion into Western United States

 

ITASCA, Ill., February 22, 2023 – NAGASE Specialty Materials NA LLC (NSM), a hybrid distributor and manufacturer of specialty chemical products, has announced its expansion in the Western United States, thereby completing its North American footprint in partnership with its affiliated organization, NAGASE Mexico. NSM will expand to ten states, including California, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Arizona and Wyoming.

LIVORNO, Italy and ITASCA, Ill, January 30, 2024. – Laviosa Chimica Mineraria SpA, a global expert in mineral-based products, has appointed NAGASE Specialty Materials NA LLC (NSM) as its exclusive distributor in the United States for its bentonite rheology additives. With this partnership, NAGASE Specialty Materials is further positioned to support the paints, coatings, construction, lubricants, and plastics industries with Laviosa product lines like LAVIOSA ARGIMEL®, DELLITE®, LAVIOTHIX®, and LAVIOKOLL®.
