NAGASE Specialty Materials, a specialty chemical distributor announced three recent promotions.
Christy Marcuccelli, a 30-year veteran of Nagase Specialty Materials, formerly known as Fitz Chem, was promoted from Account Manager to Sales Manager, Functional Materials. Her vast experience within the company will make her a valuable resource to customers and the sales team. Marcuccelli has exemplified her commitment to the industry by being a member, board member and officer of Chicago Society of Coating Technology, Chicago Paint and Coatings Association, and Wisconsin Paint and Coatings Association.
Matt Elden, a 21-year chemical industry veteran and most recently Account Manager at the company was promoted to Sales Manager, Functional Materials. Elden joined NSM in 2016 and received a BS in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Elden will continue to draw upon his formulation and production management experience to serve customers in a diverse array of technologies.

In addition, Jennifer Ellingsen has been promoted to Inside Sales Manager. “We are excited that Ellingsen has accepted this role," Bernhardt said. “She is already an invaluable member of our team aligning with both our customer and supplier growth focus. The CRM experience and data discernment she brings to this position, coupled with her professionalism, enable her to identify succinct areas of improvement and add immediate value to both inside and outside sales."
