EP Minerals Enter Into A Distribution Agreement with NAGASE Specialty Materials

ITASCA, Ill., December 3, 2020 --- Effective December 3, 2020, Nagase Specialty Materials NA, LLC (formerly known as Fitz Chem), has entered into a distribution agreement with EP Minerals, a U.S. Silica Company, to represent EP Minerals portfolio of diatomaceous earth and perlite products for both filtration and filler applications.  EP Minerals is a leader in the market with products under the Celatom®, CelaPerl®, CelaPool®, PurifiDE®, Pre-Co-Floc®, and CelaBrew® trade names. 

Nagase Specialty Materials (NSM) has been awarded non-exclusive territory in the Upper Midwestern States of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Northern Iowa, Illinois (excluding SW Illinois), Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.
