On January 10, 2024, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the new Itasca Office at 300 Park Boulevard, Itasca, Illinois, a joint space between NAGASE Specialty Materials and Prinova, a NAGASE Group company specializing in high-quality ingredients, flavors, nutrient premixes, and value-added solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industries.

The event kicked off with introductory remarks by Rob Elias, Prinova CFO, followed by additional comments from Brad Hilborn, CEO of Nagase Holdings America, and Don Thorp, President of Prinova Nagase Group, emphasizing future collaboration.
